From the above ingredients 4 sheets are prepared. The composition for each sheet is prepared separately and baked separately. For a sheet we need: 5 egg whites, 50 g powdered sugar, 35 g ground walnuts, 30 g flour and 7 g baking powder.

If you feel like an easy dessert to make, here is a very interesting recipe for tiramisu with honey. You have to be a little patient to keep it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving it. But we assure you that it is worth the wait and it will be one of the recipes to impress your guests.

For this recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons good quality honey
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 125 grams of mascarpone
  • 125 grams of cream
  • 100 ml of coffee
  • 100 grams of biscuits
  • Cocoa powder or grated chocolate for decoration

Some details about the ingredients:

  • use fresh eggs and keep the egg whites for other recipes such as protein omelets or meringues. Warning: being a dessert with raw eggs, it is not recommended for pregnant women and young children.
  • The honey must be of good quality and if you want additional benefits you can opt for manuka honey. It is a monofloral honey, from the pollen of the plant Leptospermum scoparium, with antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Coffee can be replaced with black tea if you do not like coffee grounds.

To start preparing the dessert, you need to have an electric mixer or a tel, a large bowl, a small bowl of soup, 3 glasses or serving cups, an automatic espresso machine or a kettle to make coffee.

The first step is to prepare the coffee and then leave it to cool. Coffee should not be sweetened because the biscuits already have sugar and the amount of honey is sufficient.

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with honey for about 5 minutes until a fluffy cream is obtained. Add the mascarpone cheese and cream, stirring slowly. The cream must be aerated and homogeneous.

We prepare the 3 serving cups (if you don't have one, you can mount the dessert in a glass tray). Pour the cooled coffee into a soup bowl and put a cookie in the coffee. We place a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee on the bottom of the serving glasses. Add a layer of mascarpone cream and repeat the layers until the serving cups are filled.

Garnish with cocoa powder or very finely grated chocolate. Let cool for at least 3 hours before serving.

NOTE: Do not soften the biscuits excessively as they will leave juice and spoil the texture of the dessert. Not too much because they will stay dry.

2 teaspoons of amaretto liqueur can be added to the cream for those who want a more intense taste. You have to keep in mind that the more you keep the dessert cold, the stronger the taste of the liqueur.

Nutritional value: 130 calories / serving (2 halves of walnuts)

Ingredient:

- 30 ml orange essence

Method of preparation:

1. Mix almond flour with powdered sugar and orange essence until you get a paste (you can use a blender for a more homogeneous result).

2. Put the almond paste on each half of the walnut, using a teaspoon.

3. Heat the caster sugar in a pan over low heat. Stir continuously in it with a wooden spoon, until it melts and caramelizes. You have to be very careful, because it can burn in an instant. The perfect color for caramelized sugar is that of peanut butter or very slightly darker, if you prefer a bitter aroma.

4. Pour the caramel over the halves of the walnut kernel, using a spoon, after placing the walnuts on a baking sheet. Let them cool completely until you eat them.

Note: the recipe is just as good if you use commercially purchased marzipan instead of almond flour paste. To this you just have to add a little orange essence or you can give it up, if you don't get carried away by the aroma.

The following recipe is a natural remedy, ideal for cleansing the blood, rejuvenating the body and restoring strength after serious illness.

Ingredients

→ 1 kilogram of nuts 1 liter of double refined alcohol 12 glasses of spring water 1 kilogram of honey a 3-year-old aloe plant 500 ml. brown beer 1 kilogram beetroot 1 kilogram cabbage 1 kilogram parsley (root leaves)

→ 2 tablespoons of plants: St. John's wort, hollyhock, knotweed, goose foot, plantain, mousetail and marigold flowers, hawthorn fruit.

Method of preparation

After they have been washed well, the nuts are dried, then the core is removed, fried well and ground. Next, the roasted walnut kernel is mixed with the refined double alcohol. The walnut shells are preserved.

Melt the honey and add it to the alcohol. The aloe plant, 3-5 years old, is not watered 5 days in advance. It is easily removed from the pot, taking care that the roots remain intact. After shaking the soil well, the plant is washed with beer, finely chopped and added all in alcohol.

Wash the beets well with hot water and a brush and pass through the meat grinder, along with the peel, squeeze the juice and mix with the alcohol and the rest of the ingredients. Do the same with the juice of carrots and cabbage, which is also added to the alcohol.

In total it will reach 20 tablespoons of plants. The composition is left to boil for 20 minutes, strain and mix with the alcohol and the rest of the plants.

Leave to soak in a dark place for 36 hours. Before administration, the energizing remedy with nuts is shaken.

Administration method

It is consumed 6 times a day, before and after main meals, as follows: one teaspoon for 10 days one tablespoon for 10 days one teaspoon for 10 days, thus continuing the procedure, until the consumption of the entire prepared amount.
